Development and implementation of sales strategies
Acquisition and management of national and international clients (MICE, individual, leisure)
Maintenance of existing client relationships and proactive expansion of the network
Market and competitor analyses to identify new business opportunities
Organization of and participation in sales trips, trade shows and events
Close collaboration with Marketing and the operations team
Preparation of reports, forecasts and proposal presentations
Requirements
Ideally several years of sales experience in luxury hospitality; completed hotel training is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and an empathetic manner
Self-motivation, negotiation skills and determination
Flexibility and willingness to travel
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
