Strategic management and expansion of existing key accounts – from needs assessment to project implementation
Develop and implement account plans to ensure long-term customer retention, growth and profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at management and C-level
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing customer structures
Work closely with internal delivery, consulting and solution teams
Continuously analyze market and customer data to identify trends and new business opportunities early
Represent HiQ at industry events, conferences and trade shows

University degree or equivalent qualification
Minimum 10 years' experience in key account management or strategic sales, preferably in IT or software environments
Proven track record in building and developing large accounts
Deep understanding of industry-specific requirements in Defence, Manufacturing or Finance
Existing network within one or more of these target industries
Strategic and analytical mindset with strong customer orientation
Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability and confident presence at all levels of hierarchy
Business-fluent German and English (at least C1)
