You take on project leadership: planning, steering, quality assurance, and communication.
You analyze HR processes and system landscapes and derive a target-state design.
You conduct structured software selection: gather requirements, set up evaluations, moderate workshops, and prepare decision documents.
You lead the advisory workstream for our competency/skill management, own the topic and continuously develop approaches, frameworks and processes – in close collaboration with management, stakeholders and colleagues.
You design an integrated HR setup across the entire employee lifecycle (processes, data flows, tool harmonization, roadmaps).
You identify and assess meaningful AI use cases in HR, clarify data, tools and policies, and support change and enablement.
You coach team members and ensure smooth collaboration.
You take responsibility for stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
You are responsible for resource and capacity planning in the project as well as onboarding and handovers.
You conduct project closure reviews, secure learnings and make them usable for follow-up projects.
Requirements
You have several years of experience leading HR-IT consulting projects and are confident in workshops, facilitation and decision-making.
You have a strong understanding of common HR processes and how they are represented in systems.
You are highly proficient in at least one focus area: HR-IT architecture and software selection, integrated HR landscapes across the employee lifecycle, or AI in HR (use cases, data, tool comparison, policies).
You work analytically, communicate clearly, are structured in your approach and confident in stakeholder management.
You communicate fluently and persuasively in German and English – both verbally and in writing.
