You support the implementation of HR software with a focus on Cornerstone OnDemand.
You actively contribute your Cornerstone OnDemand experience to customer projects.
You act as the primary contact for questions regarding the optimization of HR processes using Cornerstone OnDemand.
You serve as an interface between HR and IT and guide our clients through digital transformation.
You work on projects for the selection, implementation, and further development of HR software solutions.
You can actively contribute to internal processes.
You have the option to work remotely and benefit from trust-based working hours.
You will have the opportunity to obtain further certifications in additional Cornerstone OnDemand modules.
Requirements
You hold a completed university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Psychology, or a related field.
You possess a valid Cornerstone OnDemand Core certification.
Additional certifications in Learning, Recruiting/Onboarding, or Performance are an advantage but not mandatory.
You have already gained initial professional experience, ideally in a consulting environment.
You have strong communication skills, enjoy working in teams, and take pleasure in collaborating with clients.
You have a strong affinity for HR and/or IT topics and an interest in process optimization.
You possess analytical skills and are willing to dive into new and complex topics.
You have knowledge of project management and process design and are proficient in MS Office.
You think entrepreneurially, act proactively, and take ownership of your topics—from idea to implementation.
You can think through problems end-to-end and independently develop thoughtful, sustainable solutions.
You work in a solution-oriented manner, regularly reflect on your own actions, and continuously develop yourself.
You communicate confidently and persuasively in German and English, both orally and in writing.
