You will start in the SmartRecruiters environment in consulting and configuration and will subsequently develop toward SAP SuccessFactors.
You support our clients in the rollout and implementation.
You actively apply your system expertise – from configuration to training of key users.
You advise on optimizing recruiting processes and develop customized solutions for clients.
You act as an interface between HR and IT – analytical, solution-oriented and service-minded.
You contribute to (sub-)project leadership and actively shape internal processes.
Requirements
Solid professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors
A certification in Employee Central or Onboarding 2.0
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated and enjoy working in a team
Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for learning new tools and topics
Entrepreneurial thinking, a proactive approach and ownership of tasks – from idea to implementation
Ability to think problems through end-to-end and independently develop sustainable solutions
Work in a solution-oriented manner, regularly reflect on your own actions and continuously improve
Business-fluent and persuasive in German and English, both written and spoken
