You will support our clients in the implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and help build our internal UKG Pro WFM team.
You will take on project management and oversee the deployment, configuration and continuous optimization of UKG Pro WFM solutions for our clients.
You will analyze existing workforce management processes, identify optimization opportunities and develop tailored strategies.
You will integrate UKG Pro WFM into existing HR, payroll and ERP systems and ensure smooth data processing.
You will build long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities for innovative WFM solutions.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
You will create reports, dashboards and KPI analyses to support decision-making.
You will analyze and optimize time and shift scheduling processes to improve efficiency.
You will conduct training and provide support to end users and act as the primary point of contact for technical questions about UKG Pro WFM.
Requirements
You have a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in workforce management.
You are certified in UKG Pro Workforce Management.
You have in-depth knowledge of time and attendance, shift planning, work time models and compliance requirements.
You have experience implementing and optimizing cloud-based HR or WFM solutions.
You work analytically and solution-focused, taking on a high degree of personal responsibility.
You bring strong communication and consulting skills to successfully collaborate with different business units.
You think entrepreneurially, act proactively and take ownership of your tasks — from concept to implementation.
You can think problems through end-to-end and independently develop sustainable solutions.
You work in a solution-oriented manner, regularly reflect on your actions and pursue continuous professional development.
You communicate confidently and persuasively in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
