Role Overview
- Preparatory financial accounting and support for controlling (management accounting)
- Internal and external reporting
- Process documentation
- Support in preparing business cases and scenario analyses
- Financial analyses in collaboration with our Data Science team
- Support with external financing
- Process optimization and implementation of new tools
- Point of contact for tax advisors, banks, payroll providers, and others
- Other operational and project-based support
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field with an economic background
- Confident handling of numbers, documentation, and structured processes
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent German and good English (we communicate in English within the team)
- Willingness to learn and get up to speed in new areas
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment (preferred)
- Experience improving internal processes and documentation (preferred)
- Basic project management experience (preferred)
- Two or more years of professional experience in finance or accounting
