About this role
Role Overview
- Provide technical and logistical assistance to subgrantees
- Monitor subgrantee progress against approved work plans
- Lead the subgrant closeout process
- Ensure subgrantees provide accurate, timely, and complete finance and program reports
- Collaborate with the Finance Department for donor reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Development, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in grants management
- Experience managing a high volume of subgrantees (20+)
