Assume technical responsibility for the maintenance and development of demonstrators for our Business Development
Actively monitor current trends and developments in Generative AI through continuous research and experimentation with new tools
Lead or contribute to projects with a focus on technical steering — with particular emphasis on quality assurance in Data Science and Prompt Engineering
Design and deliver internal training to deepen team knowledge and promote continuous learning across the company
Actively participate in relevant conferences and deliver presentations to share knowledge and represent the company as an expert
Support the marketing team in client acquisition and sales by delivering compelling pitches for technical solutions
Sketch architecture diagrams for Generative AI solutions
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field
Fluent communication skills in German and English and willingness to travel as required for consulting work
Experience developing Generative AI models and applying them in real-world projects
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, with out-of-the-box thinking
High commitment to continuous learning and experimentation with new tools and technologies
Excellent coding and software development skills (Python, object-oriented programming), experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), and familiarity with OpenAI API, Aleph Alpha API, and Hugging Face
Ideally, experience in probabilistic modeling, text processing & NLP, transformers, conversational AI, Stable Diffusion, hardware accelerators, physical computing, operating local (open-source) foundation models, and fine-tuning
