You design diverse and complex concepts and processes around information and communication systems optimized for regulatory requirements (e.g. AI Act, DORA, ESG)
You advise and train business units on new and existing projects as well as on regulatory matters (e.g. AI Act, DORA, ESG)
You lead workshops and quickly understand client requirements
You identify trends in the digital environment and anticipate them when developing data strategies
You support ensuring compliance with regulations and laws
As your professional experience grows, you will also take on the technical leadership and responsibility of data strategy projects with a regulatory focus
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar qualification
Initial professional experience in Business Analytics, Data Governance, Data Science, or in a strategy consulting environment
Ideally, first experience in the financial services or insurance industry
Good basic IT understanding and interest in data architectures (Data Lake, Cloud Platforms)
Confident demeanor and strong communication skills for independently conducting client interviews and workshops
Very good analytical skills and a strong commitment to developing consistent end-to-end concepts
Experience in project management, especially with agile methods (SCRUM)
High level of dedication, flexibility and creativity as well as strong teamwork skills
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have: familiarity and touchpoints with data catalog tools (Collibra) and with cloud engineering (Azure)
Experience in reporting and data visualization (e.g. Power BI)
Ideally experience working with JIRA/Confluence
