Role Overview
- Ensure the organization, quality, integrity and governance of data in a complex and highly strategic environment.
- Act as a bridge between technical and business areas, ensuring data is structured, reliable and ready to support critical decisions.
- Define and manage data standards, metadata and data dictionaries.
- Work on data modeling (conceptual, logical and physical) aligned with the business.
- Ensure data quality, integrity and consistency.
- Support the definition and management of data requirements with business areas.
- Implement and sustain data governance practices.
- Work with large volumes of data in Big Data and Lakehouse environments.
- Support engineering, BI and data science teams with data structuring.
- Monitor and propose performance improvements in data manipulation (SQL/DML).
- Document processes, flows and data structures.
- Standardize and organize corporate data.
Requirements
- Solid experience in requirements management.
- Knowledge of functional and technical specifications.
- Strong expertise in data modeling:
- ER (3NF)
- Star Schema
- Snowflake
- OBT
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with RDBMS.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Big Data environments and Lakehouse architecture.
- Experience with Delta Lake and Databricks.
- Knowledge of data governance (DAMA).
- Experience with data quality and data lineage.
- Experience with performance optimization (DML).
- Experience in critical, data-driven environments.
