Proactively build cross-market new business (consulting services) across the DACH region with a clear hunter focus
Identify, qualify and acquire new clients in the Chemicals, Pharma & Healthcare or Transportation & Logistics industries
Establish new client relationships and develop new accounts, taking responsibility for revenue, pipeline and sustainable growth
Plan and execute structured lead-generation and new-business activities
Deliver persuasive sales pitches and client presentations and actively participate in trade shows and industry events
Independently manage tenders, prepare proposals and conduct contract negotiations through to closing
Collaborate closely with internal delivery and specialist teams to ensure successful handover of won projects
Maintain and systematically document all sales-related activities in the CRM system
Requirements
University degree in a business field (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics) or a comparable professional qualification
At least 4 years of hands-on B2B sales experience (Hunter) in IT, technology or consulting services — ideally with a focus on Data & AI
Proven track record in new-business development within the consulting industry for clients in Pharma, Chemicals & Healthcare or Transportation & Logistics
Strong understanding of business models, decision-making processes and regulatory frameworks in the target industries
Demonstrated closing strength and confident negotiation and presentation skills at management level
An existing network in the relevant target industries is a plus
Proficient with sales KPIs, CRM systems and MS Office
Excellent written and spoken German and English
High self-motivation, results orientation and entrepreneurial mindset
Structured, independent working style and willingness to travel frequently
Professional, confident demeanor and strong communication skills
