You have a deep understanding of our clients' target audiences — their pain points, search intent and customer journey — and translate these insights into measurable growth strategies
You work closely with sales and product teams to develop content that not only ranks but generates qualified leads and fills the pipeline
You identify topics and niches for editorial plans
You handle direct communication with our clients — lead strategic conversations and advise on content and SEO measures
You design and optimize lead magnets that provide real value and drive conversions
You don't just write — you think in systems and processes
You use ChatGPT, SurferSEO and Claude to create content
You publish content in various content management systems (Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
Terms like performance tracking and reporting in HubSpot or other CRM systems are familiar to you.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in SEO, content marketing or growth marketing with proven results
You think in metrics: traffic alone is not enough — you want to see qualified leads, pipeline impact and revenue
Strategic mindset: you see the big picture while also being able to dive into details
You are passionate about high-quality content for diverse target audiences
You have a solid understanding of relevant tools such as Semrush, Google Search Console or others
Ideally, you have experience with ChatGPT, Claude or SurferSEO
You can quickly get up to speed on new topics and are strong in communication
You speak fluent German and English and can communicate confidently in both languages in writing
