You own and execute ALEMI’s visual presence across all touchpoints – with a strong focus on paid social, performance creatives and scalable D2C systems.
Brand & Visual System Ownership and further development of ALEMI’s visual guidelines
Ensuring visual consistency across website, ads, social, newsletters, store screens and campaign assets
Maintaining a premium, modern and commercially strong brand appearance
Conceptualization and hands-on production of paid social creatives (static, video, UGC edits) with a strong understanding of hooks, testing logic and iteration
Translation of performance insights into new creative angles, formats and variations
Close collaboration with Performance Marketing to continuously improve creative output based on data
Creative direction for photo and video shoots (visual language, look & feel, references)
Planning and coordinating shoot production
Briefing and quality control of photographers
Structured asset management, versioning and file organization
Day-to-day guidance of a working student
Efficient use of modern tools including AI to speed up ideation and production without compromising quality
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a performance-driven D2C, e-commerce or high-growth digital environment
Proven experience creating creatives for paid social campaigns, not only brand or editorial design
Strong portfolio that demonstrates both aesthetic quality and commercial understanding
Experience working closely with Performance Marketing or Growth teams
Experience managing or coordinating freelancers, shootings or junior creatives is a plus
Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with high output and iteration cycles
Very confident in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro
Experience producing static and video ads optimized for paid social
Experience creating website assets, landing page visuals and campaign materials
Strong understanding of format requirements across Meta, Instagram, website and email
Structured asset management and clean file organization
Curious and hands-on in using AI-supported tools for ideation and production efficiency
