Collaborate with key creative and print operations team members to produce cohesive solutions.
Translate conceptual designs into polished, production-ready artwork for print and digital platforms, including but not limited to: direct mail, terms & conditions, in-store collateral, packaging, emails, social & digital ads, and website assets.
Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
Maintain high standards of quality for mechanicals and prepare deliverables for print and digital production, including file setup, color management, and preflighting.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed, providing guidance and overseeing the production process to ensure quality and accuracy.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows, processes, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the creative team.
Work quickly and efficiently with precision to details, project organization, and timeline.
Maintain and update library of templates and internal creative assets.
Requirements

5 years in print/digital design and print/digital production.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with FIGMA, JIRA, Google Workspace, DAM/Brandfolder a plus.
