In this key position, you will take responsibility for all tax-related matters within our company
You will act as the central interface between internal departments, group entities and external advisers, significantly contributing to the further development of our tax-related structures and processes
Overall coordination of the company's tax matters, in particular the alignment of tax returns in close cooperation with external tax advisors and relevant group units
Support during tax audits as well as ongoing monitoring and development of tax compliance requirements
Responsibility for intra-group transactions including transfer pricing documentation and coordination with group units
Analysis, preparation and continuous improvement of performance-based tax reporting
Technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on tax matters
Participation in cross-functional projects to optimize tax processes
Opportunity to expand and deepen areas of responsibility depending on experience and interest
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in the field of taxation, ideally complemented by experience in the insurance sector and/or a group/corporate environment
Solid knowledge of tax law and compliance
Analytical thinking and a structured, results-oriented working style
Confident and professional demeanor with internal and external contacts
High sense of responsibility and a strong understanding of compliance
Motivation to take on responsibility and to further develop professionally
Very good German and English skills
