Manage the full consultative sales cycle: from prospecting to closing, with a focus on understanding the client's pain points and positioning the AutoDoc solution as the response.
Schedule and conduct product demonstration meetings, in-person or remote, with decision-makers and influencers at target companies.
Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, keeping up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, interaction history and next steps.
Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the customer portfolio, ensuring retention and revenue expansion (upsell/cross-sell).
Negotiate commercial terms within company policy, seeking to balance conversion and margin.
Meet monthly and quarterly targets for new contracts and generated MRR.
Report results and market trends to commercial leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commercial Management or related fields;
Required: experience in the construction industry;
Experience in prospecting and managing a client portfolio;
Strong communication: ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing;
Resilience: ability to handle rejection and challenges while maintaining motivation and focus on goals;
Flexibility: adapt to different situations and demands, adjusting approaches as needed;
Proactivity and self-responsibility: strong sense of ownership over results and willingness to take initiative to achieve targets.
