Overall responsibility for onboarding individual customer projects (primarily battery storage and PV projects as well as industrial installations), from initial planning through successful market integration
Organization and coordination of all energy-market-related registrations and permits, as well as conducting prequalification in the PQ portal of the transmission system operators (TSOs)
Actively collecting, aligning and structuring all relevant information with customers, technical service providers, grid operators and internal teams
Close collaboration with Market Operations, Tech, Sales and external partners to ensure smooth project and operational workflows
Continuous customer support after successful onboarding, including answering and clarifying energy-market-related questions; ensuring high customer satisfaction, identifying optimization opportunities and building long-term customer relationships

Completed degree in energy economics, (commercial) engineering or a comparable field, or a completed commercial or technical vocational training with a relevant energy-economic or technical focus
Demonstrable experience in project management or customer success management, ideally in a technical, energy
or infrastructure-related environment
Comprehensive understanding of the energy sector and the ability to navigate energy-market processes and market mechanisms with confidence; ideally a basic technical understanding
Knowledge of flexibility markets (e.g., balancing reserve, electricity spot markets) is an advantage
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style and enjoyment of taking responsibility for projects
Strong communication skills, high service orientation and a results-driven approach
Fluent in German and English
