Strategic advisory to clients on an equal, partnership basis
Close collaboration with stakeholders at management level
Responsible for communication and moderation of architectural topics
Development of innovative technological solutions
Support and coaching of the development team
Responsibility for the quality of the software architecture through regular reviews, audits, and feedback loops

Solid, long-standing experience in professional software development and architecture
Broad experience with various modern technologies and frameworks (preferably in the Java ecosystem)
Strong skills in communication, moderation, and stakeholder management
Extensive experience with modern architectural principles, e.g., Domain-Driven Design (DDD), event-driven architectures, and microservices
Deep expertise in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with leading and developing agile development teams
Business-fluent German and willingness to travel occasionally to client sites
