Extensive, long-standing experience in professional software development and architecture
Broad experience with modern technologies and frameworks (preferably in the Java ecosystem)
Strong skills in communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
Extensive experience with modern architectural principles, e.g., Domain-Driven Design (DDD), event-driven architectures, and microservices
Solid expertise in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with leading and developing agile engineering teams
Business-fluent German
Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites
