Role Overview
- Coordinate and oversee all marketing and enablement projects from planning to completion
- Build clear timelines, structure workflows, and ensure milestones are met
- Drive alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Create weekly status updates and keep everyone informed
- Act as the central point of contact for Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams
- Introduce structured, intuitive processes that help the team work smarter
- Shape and refine our operational setup (CRM, LMS, project management tools)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or marketing operations
- Familiarity with marketing, enablement, or B2B environments
- Strong command of project management tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
