Conduct (online) onboarding, training and workshops with clients
Provide technical support and act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
Design and implement automations and workflows using Make
Work closely with Sales and Back Office

Passion for technology and digital tools — especially in the area of AI
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in sharing knowledge
Solid prior experience with Zoho CRM/Zoho One would be an advantage
Ability to work independently — not a “nine-to-five” mentality
Ability to quickly understand processes and develop solutions
Fluent German skills, both written and spoken
You don’t need to be a programmer, but you have good technical understanding and enthusiasm to learn new tools
Experience with Make, fonio.ai or similar tools is a plus
