Deliver ambitious annual and multi-year targets for ARR growth, revenue, margin, and market-share growth in the IFA segment
Develop and execute the 3-year strategic plan and annual budget for the IFA business line together with the CRO and Group CFO
Define and continuously refine the value proposition, service model, pricing, and commercial policy specifically for independent financial advisors
Lead a team of IFA sales specialists and client success managers covering the largest and fastest-growing IFA networks, platforms, and individual practices
Personally own the relationships with the most important IFA firms and platforms
Work hand-in-hand with Product Management to design and prioritize the offering and its fit to the needs of independent advisors
Own the IFA-specific marketing budget and calendar (flagship events, roadshows, webinars, digital marketing, awards)
Actively participate in all Group Executive Board decisions and bring the 'voice of the independent advisor' into every strategic discussion
Role-model and enforce the group-wide sales process, CRM standards, and forecasting discipline within the entire IFA organization
Requirements
12–20 years of progressive experience in wealth management / asset management with a clear focus on the IFA / independent advice channel
Proven, verifiable P&L responsibility for an IFA business line with ≥ €1M revenues
Deep personal network among influential independent advisors, platforms, and family offices in the core markets
Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing IFA sales teams across multiple countries
Strong understanding of IFA economics, regulatory environment (MiFID II, etc.), platform dynamics, and digital tools
Outstanding communication and presentation skills – comfortable on stage at large IFA events and in private dinners with top advisors
University degree (master’s/MBA preferred); additional qualifications such as CFA, CIIA, Certified Financial Planner, or similar are a plus
Fluent in English + German; additional languages advantageous.
