You are responsible for selling our cybersecurity services — from identifying new business opportunities through RFPs and proposal processes to successful deal closure
You proactively prospect for opportunities, independently build a reliable pipeline and develop a clear plan to achieve your targets
In first conversations at C-level you understand the challenges of our (new) clients, realistically analyse needs and translate them into a compelling value proposition
Together with Consulting, SOC Engineering and Delivery you support demos, workshops and RFPs, ensuring technical depth and feasibility go hand in hand
You prepare tailored proposals, conduct contract negotiations confidently through to closing, and keep follow-ups, forecasts and pipeline management in the CRM under control
In close coordination with Marketing you put yourself in the shoes of different target groups and design campaigns that not only generate awareness but deliver real leads
In close collaboration with Marketing you follow up on campaigns and convert leads into genuine opportunities
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales of cybersecurity solutions (services, managed services or platforms)
Confident presence with strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with complex sales cycles, including needs analyses, proposals, RFPs and contract closures
Structured, goal-oriented working style with strong closing ability and confident handling of pipeline & forecasts
High self-motivation, team spirit and professional appearance
Very good German (C1) and good English skills
