About this role

Development and continuous improvement of scalable cloud backends for V2X and C-ITS applications
Design, evaluation and continuous enhancement of system and software architectures for safety-critical use cases
Build, operate and evolve cloud-native production environments
Implementation and operation of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps processes
Ensure security-by-design, stability, monitoring and performance
Independently take ownership of features and projects
Close collaboration within the team and clear communication of technical concepts

Several years of professional experience as a Platform or Cloud Engineer
Strong knowledge of cloud backends, in particular: Kubernetes (deployment & operations)
Experience with cloud-native technologies (e.g., Istio, Knative, NATS)
CI/CD experience (e.g., GitHub Actions, FluxCD)
Containerization and Linux/Debian system administration
Strong skills in TypeScript, Python and SQL
Independent, structured and quality-focused working style
