You translate client requirements and challenges into Salesforce features and solutions
You are responsible for client-side process analyses as well as migration planning and documentation
You hold technical project responsibility and lead our developers and consultants
You design and implement technical solutions within the Salesforce environment (Energy & Utilities Cloud & OmniStudio, Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds)
You support the development of new business relationships
You ensure sustainable and scalable solutions and are responsible for technical customer consulting and development
You support and advise clients in all project phases, taking new features and sensible implementation roadmaps into account
Requirements
You have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and CRM system implementation
You have comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce core clouds, ideally also in one of the following clouds: Energy & Utilities Cloud, Media & Communications Clouds, Financial Services Cloud, or Healthcare & Life Sciences Clouds
You have enterprise-level project experience, including experience in Salesforce development
Several years of experience designing and implementing global systems
You have conceptual skills to map customer requirements into Salesforce features and workflows
You have experience with best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem and hold technical Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Administrator; additionally desirable: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Business Analyst)
You have excellent communication skills in German and English.
