Field-based role with travel requirements
Relationship management and personal support for our existing customers
Acquisition of new customers
Implementation of new customers in collaboration with the managers
Process & quality sales, up‑selling and cross‑selling of AER products and airline products
Revenue growth and performance improvement at the customer level
Increasing customer satisfaction and optimizing quality
Customer training
Close cooperation with the Commercial Support Team (inside sales), Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance and other departments
Preparation of commercial materials in collaboration with Marketing
Ongoing reporting of customer activities in the CRM
Participation in projects
Attendance at customer events
Reports to the Senior Manager, Commercial

Completed vocational training as a travel agent/tourism clerk (e.g., Reiseverkehrskauffrau/-mann or Tourismuskauffrau/-mann)
Several years of sales experience in the tourism or airline industry
Strong service and results orientation
Independent, structured and responsible way of working
Confident presence and presentation skills
Experience working on projects
Very good Microsoft skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong ability to communicate and document complex matters clearly for internal and external stakeholders
High level of initiative with focused and prioritized working style
Good English skills required
Willingness to travel
