Role Overview
- Work remotely or on-site at client locations on challenging projects
- Responsible for analyzing and preparing documents and information
- Support partners and managers in business development and deal origination activities
- Contribute to technical publications and the development of new topic areas
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration with very good/excellent academic performance
- Ideally some professional experience in auditing or management consulting
- Knowledge of transactions, corporate finance, or M&A
- Enthusiasm for project work and interest in Financial Due Diligence and M&A
- Team player with a strong commitment and drive
- Basic technical skillset such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Client communication in German and English
