About this role
Role Overview
Handles first-level inquiries from our partners and customers via Superchat and other channels
Maintains and updates master data (e.g., opening hours, addresses, menus, platform settings) for our stores and partners
Ensures an excellent customer and partner experience and documents recurring issues
Leads and coordinates our Central Operations working students (shift scheduling, coaching, quality)
Supports Partner Care with new store launches and international expansion (onboarding communications, support setup)
Requirements
Fluent German (C1/C2, “full German language proficiency”) and very good English
2–4 years of experience in operations, customer support, customer success, or partner management — ideally in a startup, food, or platform environment
Structured thinking, fast problem solving, and strong written and verbal communication
Hands-on working style, ability to keep track of many tickets, and willingness to go the extra mile for partners and customers
Experience with support tools (e.g., Superchat, Zendesk, Intercom) is a plus
