Identify suitable partner kitchens: As an Expansion Manager, you are responsible for selecting potential partners in your region.
Manage the entire sales process: You are responsible for everything from initial lead generation to converting leads by recruiting new kitchen partners.
Close deals: You will finalize agreements with some of the top partner kitchens in Germany.
Partner onboarding: You are responsible for onboarding the partners you acquire.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
A hands-on mentality and willingness to try new concepts and ideas
Passion for sales and advisory/consulting
Experience in the gastronomy/foodservice sector is a plus
A strong drive to win and the ability to build an organization from the ground up
A valid driver's license
