Responsible for the implementation of tenant electricity (Mieterstrom) projects
Assess the technical suitability of new projects in collaboration with Sales and clients
Plan and coordinate tenant electricity projects, including grid connection and material procurement
Manage external technical partners and subcontractors
Monitor project progress and pragmatically resolve challenges on site
Ensure the quality of DC and AC installations
Responsible for project documentation in the CRM and filing systems
Plan maintenance and follow-up deployments

Good technical understanding of photovoltaic systems in the context of multi-family residential and commercial properties
Organized way of working and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Clear, audience-appropriate communication in German with clients
Assertiveness combined with pragmatism and solution-oriented project leadership
Ability to read and assess construction schedules, switching diagrams, and electrical plans
Structured and proactive working style with early identification of risks
Driving license Class B and willingness to regularly visit construction sites
