Requirements
Several years of experience in a generalist marketing role (B2B, SaaS, Growth, Demand, Product, Performance), ideally in a fast-growing environment with high autonomy.
Curiosity, self-motivation and a strong sense of ownership, comfortable working without established structures or detailed guidelines.
Strong expertise in performance marketing and conversion optimization.
Tech affinity, with hands-on use of AI tools and automation.
Fluent communication in German and English, both written and spoken.
