You will work hand in hand with the founding team to build and execute velio’s brand and marketing strategy
You will identify relevant opportunities and help validate them through testing
You will develop blueprints and validate their impact following a “learn fast, fail fast” approach — typical test cycles last 3–8 weeks
You will own the social media function and take responsibility for building the brand
You will quickly become an expert in your area and, when needed, lead small teams
Requirements
Above-average academic performance and strong commitment in a degree in Economics or a comparable program (advanced semester) or during a gap year between Bachelor’s and Master’s
Hands-on mentality — you don’t shy away from doing whatever it takes to solve a problem sustainably
Experience in marketing and social media, with a strong interest in diving into complex topics
Previous internships in a startup environment are a plus
Excellent German skills and good command of English
