Support the operational setup and continuous improvement of service and maintenance processes
Manage the central internal service team (service back office)
Coordinate between order management, locations, and field service
Develop and enhance reporting and monitoring dashboards
Work closely with Account Management and other stakeholders
Help design and optimize workflows and build efficient processes
Requirements
Degree in a technical field (e.g., energy, utilities, building services engineering) or equivalent technical training with relevant professional experience
Experience building, developing, or optimizing service and maintenance processes
Understanding of operational workflows in technical service and field-service organizations
Experience in process management and an interest in establishing efficient structures and systems
Affinity for digital tools and interest in applying modern software and AI solutions in the service environment
Structured, collaborative working style and enjoyment of cross-site cooperation
Leadership experience in teams with significant customer contact
