Role Overview
- Overseeing the daily activities of donor floor operations
- Supervising staff and supporting compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Serving as acting leader in the absence of the Center Manager
- Monitoring donor flow
- Compiling and submitting orders to vendors
- Ensuring accurate documentation of necessary records
- Leading by example in promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer
- CPR Certified
- 6 years of related experience with performing phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing duties
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in speaking and writing English
- Ability to work flexible scheduling
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations, FDA approved SOP, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP
