About this role
Role Overview
Technical overall responsibility for demanding EPC projects in the Commercial New Energy sector, consisting of photovoltaic rooftop systems, battery storage, charging infrastructure and energy management
On-site construction supervision and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards
Development of technical concepts together with our planning and engineering teams and support during implementation (e.g., roof layout, string planning, LV main switchboards (NSHV), transformers, MV stations)
Leadership and coordination of external service providers, subcontractors and suppliers on general contractor (GC) construction sites, ensuring quality, schedule and budget
Result-oriented stakeholder management with clients, grid operators, service providers, authorities and internal planning departments to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
Degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification
At least two to three years of relevant EPC experience in the commercial or industrial sector
Strong technical understanding in the areas of LV main switchboards (NSHV), transformers, wiring/single-line diagrams, medium-voltage (MV) stations and electrical standards
Strong hands-on mentality as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Assertiveness and the ability to operate confidently on large general contractor (GC) construction sites
Residence in or around Berlin
Willingness to travel within the Central region (North/East)
Business-fluent German (C-level) and good English skills
Resilience, strong communication skills and a structured way of working.
