Responsible for the heat pump product area with a special focus on application, installation, and system integration
Supervise field test installations, work closely with installation partners, and ensure optimal system performance under real-world conditions
Evaluate and further develop heat pump systems and their components (e.g., hydraulics, thermal storage, controls, and system integration)
Support the selection of new systems and the development of the portfolio and system strategy
Serve as a technical sparring partner for country organizations, procurement, and product management on technical and application-related issues
Collaborate with partners and manufacturers to continuously improve systems and bring direct feedback from field applications into product development
Support the development and delivery of technical training for installers

Solid practical or technical experience in the field of heat pumps, for example as: SHK Meister (sanitary/heating/air-conditioning master), heating technician specializing in heat pumps, application engineer at a manufacturer, thermal project engineer, technical support, heat pump installer, or in a comparable role
Deep technical understanding of heat pump systems and their components as well as their interaction within the overall system
Ideally experience in planning, installation, commissioning, or technical support of heat pumps
Experience in product management is advantageous but not a prerequisite
Ability to quickly find your way in a fast-growing company and enthusiasm for actively developing systems and products
Ease in networking with diverse internal and external stakeholders and the ability to communicate technical knowledge clearly
Highly independent, proactive, and a team player
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
