Drive active change management, ensuring that AI initiatives are understood and embraced by our teams.
Identify high-impact opportunities by diving deep into operational departments (Finance, People & Culture, Sales) to uncover bottlenecks.
Independently architect and build operational prototypes (using LLMs, automation workflow engines, code etc.) to validate hypotheses fast.
Ensure that the solutions we scale fit seamlessly into our tech landscape rather than creating isolated silos.

5+ years at the intersection of Product, Tech, and Operations (e.g., as a Technical Product Manager, Digital Transformation Consultant, or Founder/CTO)
Deep expertise in the modern AI landscape (LLMs, RAG architectures, Agentic workflows) and current developments
Exceptional ability to guide operational teams through technological transformation
Proficient in scripting (Python, JS/TS) and API integrations
Solid grasp of system architecture and data security to ensure prototypes are viable foundations for scalable software
Fluent in "building"
Proven success in managing and active implementation of digital solutions that led to measurable efficiency gains
Strong focus on measurable economic impact and efficiency
High degree of ownership and the ability to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks independently, even in resource-constrained environments
Ability to translate complex technicalities to C-Level stakeholders and business logic to engineering teams with equal precision
Excellent English and business fluent German skills are mandatory (C1 level)
