Define the roadmap based on results and data, in alignment with international stakeholders.
Improve the customer experience by guiding customers through their 1K5 experience from initial information overview to installation.
Optimize our processes and increase efficiency for our internal teams worldwide by helping our customers succeed.
Collaborate with engineers and designers within an interdisciplinary team.

Several years of experience in product management, ideally in renewable energy, energy supply, or a related field.
Experience in e-commerce, marketing, sales, or related areas for consumer-facing digital products in a growth environment.
Customer-focused mindset, always seeking opportunities to improve the customer experience through regular user research.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborate cross-functionally, and motivate your team toward shared goals.
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using insights, analytics, and experiments to optimize and inform strategy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with good command of English and German.
