Assistance with preparing, configuring, and shipping IT equipment for new team members (MacBooks and, where applicable, iPhones/iPads)
Registering and managing devices using our MDM solution (Mosyle)
Supporting user onboarding and offboarding via Okta and Google Workspace
Maintaining and managing our hardware inventory
Assisting with administration of core IT tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, and MDM
Assisting with everyday IT queries and basic troubleshooting
Close collaboration with the IT team and other departments

You are an enrolled student (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field)
You have initial experience in an IT role or a strong personal/technical background with a high affinity for IT
You are comfortable using macOS and enjoy hands-on hardware tasks
Initial experience with Okta, Google Workspace, or Mosyle is a plus — willingness to learn is sufficient
You speak fluent German and English
