Concentrix is a global technology and services leader that powers the world’s best brands. They are seeking a Marketing Director for AI Products to lead and build a global marketing function, driving product adoption, revenue growth, and competitive positioning in the AI market.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Global Product Organisation to shape positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy
- Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, differentiated and commercially compelling value propositions
- Influence roadmap discussions with market insight, customer feedback and competitive intelligence
- Ensure launches are commercially sharp, competitive and execution-ready across all regions
- Define and execute the global marketing strategy for iX AI products across awareness, acquisition and retention
- Identify priority segments, use cases and commercial opportunities with precision
- Build positioning that clearly differentiates iX in competitive and fast-moving AI markets
- Establish a clear point of view on trust, responsible AI, data privacy and governance as part of the iX narrative
- Develop demand generation initiatives that drive user acquisition, activation and subscription growth
- Optimise the full funnel from awareness through conversion, usage and retention
- Test, iterate and refine messaging, channels and offers based on performance data
- Track impact rigorously and tie marketing activity directly to revenue and product usage outcomes
- Act as a leader of others, setting direction, expectations and a strong bias for action
- Build and scale the right mix of skills across product marketing, growth, PLG and enablement over time
- Attract, develop and inspire high-performing talent with a builder mentality
- Create clarity and momentum in an environment where speed and prioritisation matter
- Strengthen product-led growth (PLG) motions, including activation, adoption and expansion
- Help build and scale user communities, advocacy and feedback loops that accelerate learning and growth
- Partner with Product and Engineering to improve onboarding, usage and self-serve experiences
- Develop and execute partner and ecosystem marketing strategies, including co-marketing with platforms such as Microsoft, AWS and other strategic partners
- Leverage partnerships to accelerate credibility, reach and adoption in the AI market
- Work closely with alliances and sales teams to turn ecosystem relationships into growth engines
- Lead or directly execute across product marketing, launches, digital campaigns and sales enablement
- Know when to leverage central marketing expertise such as brand, content, creative and performance
- Know when speed matters more than process and take ownership to deliver
- Balance strategic clarity with hands-on execution
- Develop clear competitive positioning, narratives and battlecards
- Ensure iX shows up with confidence and clarity against established and emerging AI players

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a start-up or scale-up AI, SaaS or technology environment
- Strong track record driving user acquisition, adoption and subscription growth
- Deep expertise in product marketing, positioning, competitive strategy and demand generation
- Experience acting as a close commercial partner to Product teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead others, set direction and scale capability
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure, momentum and clarity from the ground up
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical capability and ownership of results
- Willingness to execute directly and operate hands-on when required
- Direct experience marketing AI or machine-learning-driven products
- Strong AI fluency, including the ability to speak credibly about trust, responsible AI, data privacy and governance
- Experience with product-led growth (PLG) motions and community-driven adoption
- Experience building or scaling partner and ecosystem marketing programmes
- Experience competing against well-funded or category-leading technology players
- Exposure to subscription, usage-based or hybrid pricing models
