Professional supervision of up to 10 Acura practices in all organizational and administrative matters
Point of contact for practice staff (especially on-site practice managers) for everyday practice management questions and support for daily practice operations (management, organization, assistance, personnel, etc.)
Direct communication with the lead dentists and local practice managers on routine and conceptual/strategic issues
Continuous strategic development of the practices by preparing recommendations for action and executing implementation plans in coordination with Acura executive management and the lead dentists
Organizational interface between Acura executive management and the practices (practice and team organization)
Internal liaison to other corporate departments (Finance, IT, etc.)
Requirements
Several years of experience in practice management as a practice manager, ZMV (dental administrative assistant) or ZFA (dental assistant), ideally with leadership experience in personnel management
Successfully completed, job-relevant dental vocational training (e.g., dental assistant, dental administrative assistant, health care management clerk) or a comparable qualification
Good knowledge of common MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of common practice management systems (Z1, DS‑Win, Charly)
Pragmatism, proactivity, flexibility
Quick comprehension and willingness to learn new areas of responsibility
Friendly, confident and assertive manner
Willingness to travel and be spontaneous, combined with strong organizational skills
