Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and changes; facilitate alignment between business, technical, and compliance teams.
Technical specification: Develop structured, actionable requirement documents and assess feasibility in collaboration with system architects.
Implementation support: Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly translated into functional solutions.
Lifecycle management: Maintain requirement traceability, track changes, and ensure consistent documentation throughout the development process.
Project planning and execution: Define project scope, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, project risk registers, and post-implementation reviews.

A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in Requirements Engineering, Product Management, or a related role within fintech, blockchain, or financial services.
Strong understanding of trading platforms, digital assets, and financial market regulations.
Experience with DLT technologies and their applications is a considerable plus.
Experience with European and national securities authorities is a considerable advantage.
Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements using structured methodologies.
Hands-on experience with agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively.
Experience in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget is a considerable plus.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is a considerable advantage.
