About this role
Role Overview
Own the onboarding process: Guide new customers through the setup, implementation, and rollout of rightflow across their organization.
Conduct implementation workshops with customers to define objectives, design workflows, and prepare them for long-term success.
Ensure customer success: Train and support end users, create learning paths, and support internal change initiatives.
Support customer growth: Answer questions, gather feedback, and coordinate solutions in collaboration with our Support and Product teams.
Drive change: Help customers transition from legacy processes to digital workflows with empathy and structure.
Bridge departments: Act as the interface between Sales, Support, and Product — keeping everyone aligned on customer goals.
Continuous improvement: Analyze and improve our onboarding process and internal playbooks for maximum impact.
Take ownership: We value a hands-on mentality that does whatever is necessary.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in change management, IT project management, or a related field.
A degree in social sciences, business, organizational psychology, or a related discipline.
Additional training or certifications in change management, organizational development, or agile methodologies are a plus.
Strong technical affinity and experience working with SaaS tools, data flows, and configuration-based software.
Excellent communication skills — you listen actively, explain clearly, and bring a calm, positive presence to every conversation.
High emotional intelligence — you understand user needs, handle resistance constructively, and enjoy helping others grow.
A preference for structure, reliability, and collaboration — you build bridges between teams and work in sync with Sales, Development, and Support.
