You generate high-quality leads for our industry segments.
Your main focus is on telephone cold outreach and scheduling targeted meetings between potential new clients and our sales representatives.
You perform lead pre-qualification, prioritizing the quality of meetings over sheer call volume.
You work closely with experienced Account Executives.
You conduct market research and analyze decision-making structures.
You use channels such as LinkedIn for targeted contact initiation and rely on cold calling.
You handle inbound leads from our website and follow up by phone on email campaigns.
You are responsible for consistent follow-up and for recording all activities and call notes in a structured way in our Salesforce CRM.
You support the team at events, roundtables, trade shows and client meetings.
Depending on your interests, you will have the option to take on additional responsibilities.
Requirements
Professional experience in a BDR, SDR or sales role (ideally in software / SaaS / IT services).
Hunter mentality: strong enthusiasm for outbound sales, professional cold calling and high closing drive.
Strong communication skills: confident, consultative conversations at eye level rather than simply reading scripts.
Confident presence: professional demeanor when engaging with senior decision-makers (C-level, IT management, operations) and experienced handling of critical conversations.
Knowledge of the Salesforce platform or a strong interest in acquiring the necessary skills.
Goal orientation, high self-motivation and a structured, diligent follow-up mentality.
Business-fluent German and solid English skills.
A strong appetite for measurable results and the ambition to actively and sustainably expand our market presence.
