Execute outbound and inbound campaigns, following up with marketing-qualified leads to keep the pipeline active and growing.
Qualify and nurture opportunities through discovery conversations, setting up high-quality meetings for the Account Executives.
Participate in discovery calls and demos with senior decision-makers at target accounts, gaining exposure to complex enterprise sales cycles.
Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate, detailed records in Salesforce, including account info, deal size, and status, to support forecasting.
Collaborate with the broader sales team to continuously improve our playbooks, processes, and tools.
Requirements
Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in previous sales roles, demonstrating consistency, persistence, and results orientation.
Eagerness to learn and continually build on your knowledge of Mimica’s value proposition, market, and ICP.
Commitment to a career in technical software sales — developing pipelines, prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
Drive to achieve personal and career goals despite rejections or setbacks.
Discipline and the ability to apply a structured process in order to meet your quota consistently.
Superior verbal and written communication skills — you are comfortable initiating conversations, articulate, and not afraid to share a point of view, but also able to ask questions and actively listen.
