Independently identifying relevant target companies and contacts
Conduct initial conversations, generate interest in software solutions, and qualify leads
Schedule qualified appointments for Sales Managers
Maintain and document all activities in the CRM system (weclapp)
Develop new outbound strategies, call scripts and acquisition approaches
Close collaboration with Sales and Marketing to optimize target groups and messaging
Requirements
Completed commercial training, a degree, or a comparable qualification
Proven success in telephone cold calling, inside sales, telesales or outbound sales, ideally with SaaS offerings and/or selling to public sector clients
Comfortable with phone outreach and proactively approaching people
Strong communication skills, perseverance, and the ability to explain complex software solutions clearly
Structured, independent working style and ability to work in a team
Interest in digital products and IT-related topics — experience in a software environment is a plus
Excellent German language skills (at least C2) and good English skills (at least B2)
