Take overall responsibility for business development and sales activities for complex hydrogen and energy infrastructure projects (EPCm)
Build, develop and manage strategic customer relationships
Lead technical and commercial customer discussions
Manage the entire sales process
Develop attractive commercial proposals, pricing models and cost–benefit analyses
Conduct and manage regional and sector-specific market and customer analyses
Maintain complete and up-to-date CRM data to ensure transparency over leads, decision processes and customer interactions
Requirements
University degree in engineering, business, economics, law or a comparable field
8+ years of professional experience in business development, sales or commercial project development in the energy, industrial infrastructure or engineering sector
Demonstrable track record in complex B2B sales with long sales cycles
Solid understanding of technologies such as hydrogen, renewable energy or industrial decarbonization
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop compelling value propositions
Fluent German (C2 level) and fluent English, both written and spoken
