Responsible for maintaining and extending specialist technical and application knowledge of communications, concepts, architectures, standards and protocols for inter-connection and inter-working of systems over Local and Wide Area Networks
Responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting the Group's growing network infrastructure
Performs capacity management, patch management, and systems backup
Administers operating systems and technical guidelines for corporate branch office openings
Develops end user documentation and troubleshooting procedures for technical support
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in an Information Systems field relating to Networking and/or Electrical Engineering
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), or Certified CISCO Network Associate (CCNA)
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in ICT, specifically in Voice and Data Communications, VoIP systems, and Routers, preferably CISCO
In-depth knowledge of Firewall Systems (Checkpoint and Cisco FWSM), Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, security protocols
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Server
