Role Overview
Initial telephone contacts: You establish the first personal contact with potential customers and generate interest in our solutions.
Research & data maintenance: You identify potential companies that could benefit from our services and maintain their information in our CRM system.
Appointment scheduling: You coordinate appointments for our field sales team so our experts can conduct in-depth consultations.
Support for campaigns: You participate in telemarketing campaigns and special projects to generate new leads and nurture existing contacts.
Requirements
Enjoy talking on the phone: You have a positive, persuasive presence and feel comfortable speaking with new contacts.
Good German language skills: You communicate confidently and clearly, even when conversations become more complex.
Structured work approach: You keep track of details, document thoroughly, and work in a goal-oriented manner.
Interest in IT topics: You don’t need to be a technical expert, but you are eager to learn about cloud and cybersecurity topics.
